Meet Righana, the Heart Behind Little Fox Preschool

Righana Parveen’s journey into early childhood education is shaped by her unique experiences as both a student and a professional. Raised in Dubai, she thrived in an education system that emphasized understanding concepts over rote memorization. However, after moving to India, she encountered the challenges of a marks-driven approach, which ignited her vision for a more holistic, learner-centered way of education.

With a background in engineering, four years of experience in IT, and certifications in child psychology and parenting coaching, Righana brings a rich blend of expertise, passion, and innovation to her work. She believes that early education should nurture not only academic skills but also life skills, emotional intelligence, and a resilient mindset—preparing children for a dynamic and ever-changing world.

Through Little Fox Preschool, Righana is committed to creating a space where children develop 21st-century skills, curiosity, and a love for learning, all while fostering a strong sense of confidence and independence.

Why is transformation of education system needed?

The 21st century demands an education system that evolves to address rapid technological advancements, globalization, and changing job markets. Beyond academic achievements, it must emphasize critical thinking, adaptability, creativity, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving to prepare students for dynamic environments.
